Fox Financial Team – Plan A
Our team includes agents across the USA. We specialize in converting a specific type of expired listing. Because of our proprietary system and our exclusivity, we only offer this program to one agent in your market. If you are accepted into this plan, we will only earn 50% on these expired transactions.
However, if the seller chooses to buy, we will only earn 15% on the buyer side. Additionally, if you end up having the buyer on this listing, meaning you are the listing agent, and you have the buyer for the property, we only earn 15% on the buyer closing.
EXCLUDE YOUR PERSONAL DEALS
In Plan A, we will earn zero commission on your closings that have nothing to do with the expired program. So, if your friend or a referral purchases a $1,000,000 property, and that transaction has nothing to do with the expired program, Fox earns
We will not earn any on your personal deals.
Fox Financial Team – Plan B
This plan is the same as Plan A, however, if you have done less than 3 transactions in your career, we will collect 15% on your first 3 personal transactions, in order to oversee each of the steps in the process.
